What Does It Mean to be “Spiritually Tough”
In order to integrate one’s business with God’s Worldwide Plan, one must become a Spiritually Tough Leader with a high Spiritually Tough Breaking Point. And their business must become a Spiritually Tough Business with a high Spiritually Tough Breaking Point.
What are we talking about when we throw around these terms?
Here are some working definitions you can try on and see how they fit.
“Spiritually Tough Leader” = one who immediately does what Jesus says to the best of their understanding and ability with no concern for the consequences of their obedience, nor having expectations for the results of their immediate obedience to Jesus.
“Spiritually Tough Breaking Point for a Leader” = What it takes to stop them from immediately doing what Jesus says with no concern for the consequences of their obedience nor having expectations for the results of their immediate obedience to Jesus?
Is it … Other peoples’ opinions, infringement on what they want to do or have, fear, uncertainty of the future if they do it, pride, laziness, being risk-adverse when it comes to following Jesus, refusal to move themself off the throne of their life, not being able to do what they want to do, requiring a reduction in their standard of living and comfortable life, don’t want to relocate, etc?
“Spiritually Tough Business” = A business that immediately does what Jesus says, to the best of the understanding and ability of those in the business, with no concern for the consequences of that obedience nor having expectations for the results of that immediate obedience to Jesus.
“Spiritually Tough Breaking Point for a Business” = What does it take to stop the business from immediately doing what Jesus says with no concern for the consequences of its obedience nor having expectations for the results of its immediate obedience to Jesus?
Is it … Potential negative financial consequences, taking the business in a direction opposite to their plans for the business, fear, uncertainty of the future if they do it, possible loss of status in the business or community, potential loss of key employees, it seems impossible, possibly being seen as a failure, perceived negative consequences for their employees and families, a risk to the standard of living of the leadership/ownership, etc?
Becoming a spiritually tough leader requires one to have a God’s-Heart aligning all-encompassing life vision. Then, for that person to organize all areas of their life around supporting the God’s-Heart aligned all-encompassing life vision. It is integrating every area of their life with the God’s-Heart aligned all-encompassing life vision.
Becoming a spiritually tough business requires the business to have a God’s-Heart aligned all-encompassing business vision. Then, for the business to organize all areas of the business around supporting the God’s-Heart aligned all-encompassing business vision. It is integrating every area of the business with the God’s-Heart aligning all-encompassing business vision.
By becoming a spiritually tough leader who is leading a spiritually tough business, then the leader and business are making the impact God is expecting from each for furthering His plan of worldwide revolution and conquest.
